Beth Bowden

Beth Bowden, Director of Communications and Special Projects, joined the Office of the Chancellor in 2019. She provides strategic executive writing support and helps shape messaging that effectively conveys the university’s values and mission to a wide range of internal and external audiences. 

Prior to joining the Washington University team, Beth enjoyed a successful corporate communications career in the fashion industry and spent four memorable years raising her daughters full time. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature at WashU and is thrilled to use her executive communications experience in support of her alma mater.
