Move-in day

Chancellor-elect Martin ushered in a new year with a new view of the Danforth Campus on Jan. 2, his first official day on the job. After relocating with his family back to St. Louis in December, he completed the move by settling into his office in North Brookings Hall.

Martin remarked on Twitter that it was “great to be home.”

Among his first items of business as chancellor-elect will be to get reacquainted with the university community, visiting with students, faculty and staff as he prepares to begin his tenure as Washington University’s 15th chancellor.
